This is my why. Life is about relationships—empowering people to do great things. I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent nearly 18 years in the creative industry, witnessing its evolution firsthand. Strategy, trends, platforms, and department structures have all shifted over time, but one thing has remained constant: the power of storytelling.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in passion, collaboration, and relationships. The more you love the brand, the people you serve, and the community you impact, the stronger the content. Period.
I strive to create emotionally connected stories—moments that resonate, inspire, and drive growth, not just for audiences but for the teams I lead.
Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of applying these principles in real time. I’ve led national campaigns, collaborated with top creators, captured historic moments, and infused the fabric of Seattle into our brand. But above all, I’ve done it alongside people I respect and admire—people who played integral roles in making these moments happen.
